Henshin Hero movies vs Power Rangers movies

Hello everyone, I'm new to this whole forum thing but I had a discussion with my sister about this topic and I wanted to bring it up here. What are everyone's thoughts on the way Henshin Hero movies like Kamen Rider and Super Sentai are shot, written, acted, etc. in comparison to the Power Ranger movies (1995, Turbo, 2017)? Who do you think did it better and why?
